Research Analyst

 

Masters degree or equivalent (Bachelors + 5 yrs exp. is acceptable) to perform validation & testing of models for adequacy; define data requirements to develop models; advise/consult w/ sr. mgmt to evaluate problems & recommend business solutions; knowledge & experience in application of mathematical & statistical models for making investment decisions in abs/mbs & structured products required; knowledge of S-plus, Excel, Intex, Bloomberg s/ware required; top tier investment bank & hedge fund experience required. Derivative Documentation Analyst

We are currently seeking candidates for positions on client projects who have, at least, two years experience in a Swap documentation department of a financial institution.  Must have a thorough understanding of the various ISDA definitions, strong writing and client communication skills, experience working with front office and legal personnel, have a working knowledge of drafting confirmations and agreements with collateral and credit provisions.  Competency in derivative software related to documentation and settlements a must.  Bachelor’s Degree required.

                             Business Analyst Senior

We are currently seeking candidates for a position to assess and evaluate complex credit risk processes and reviews; manage, oversee extensive financial services outsourcing to Philippines; undertake data analysis, budget preparation, costs, financial models, logistics, prepare audit reports, QA. Senior Analyst

We are currently seeking candidates for positions on client projects. Applicants should have three to five years' experience in derivatives trade support, some of it in a managerial role. Applicants must have familiarity with one or more derivatives' pricing systems, including but not limited to Summit, Infinity, Devon, and Renaissance. Candidates should have working knowledge of risk components of a trade, P&L, model valuation, yield curve, volatility, swap spreads, trade capture, trade settlement and documentation. Applicants should have knowledge of various derivative products including structured products, exotic products, swaps, caps, floors and options. Superior communication skills are a necessity. Implementation of a new multicurrency pricing or settlement system is desirable, as is knowledge of UNIX, SQL Scripts, Visual Basic or C++. International and domestic locations.

Financial Analyst

We are currently seeking candidates for positions on client projects. Applicants should be finance, economics or accounting majors with one to three years' experience in derivatives trade support. Candidates must have strong PC skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Applicants must also have familiarity with one or more derivatives' pricing systems, including but not limited to Summit, Infinity, Devon, and Renaissance. Functional areas include: P&L and Risk Reporting, including knowledge of NPV calculations, valuation analysis and yield curve construction; middle office and trade capture; and payment processing and documentation. Effective communication skills are a necessity. Knowledge of UNIX, SQL, C++, Scripts, or Visual Basic is beneficial. International and domestic locations.
