Our Management and Senior Advisory staff includes:

MBA (Simon School, University of Rochester). Fourteen years Wall Street experience including financial analysis at Citibank, management consulting at Lehman, systems implementation and conversion at Moore Capital and private banking at Citicorp, as well as senior project management in Citibank's global custody area in Malaysia. Senior project manager of several Deutsche Bank projects and director of client relations. Senior management representative at all planning and implementation meetings for Deutsche Bank, including the operations, technology and financial reporting areas. Very experienced in all aspects of operations support for derivative products.

CPA (Philippines and Illinois). BA in Accounting (University of the Philippines). Over seventeen years business experience including auditing for Coopers, accounting at Citibank and Lehman Brothers, global custody work for Citibank Malaysia, management consulting work at Moore and Barclays and extensive derivative product project management for Lehman Brothers, Union Bank of Switzerland and Deutsche Bank, serving as the senior project manager and manager of client relations. Very experienced in all aspects of complex derivative product support.

Stern School of Business (NYU). Twenty eight years Wall Street experience including operations support at Bache and Citibank, senior project management work in accounting at Bank of New York and Yasuda bank and extensive global custody operations and systems conversion project management for various international Citibank locations including Canada, Hungary, Pakistan, Singapore and Malaysia.

PhD in International Studies (University of South Carolina). Currently completing EdD in Education and Cultural Studies (Teachers College, Columbia). Seventeen years Wall Street experience including project management and manager of client relations for Citibank and Lehman Brothers. Knowledge of and experience with all types of equity and fixed income products including complex derivative structures. Most recently oversaw the development of operations and accounting process flows for both fixed income and equity products at Cantor Fitzgerald.

PhD/MBA in Finance/Financial Risk Management/Derivatives (University of Alabama), PhD in Physical and Mathematical Sciences (National Academy of Sciences, Moscow) MS and BS in Theoretical Physics (Moscow State University). Research experience in derivative securities valuation. Extensive experience in using advanced mathematical methods, differential equations, statistics, quantum field theory, and programming in theoretical physics research. Made presentations at national and international scientific conferences, symposia and workshops (USA, Germany, France, Italy, Russia). Programming Languages include C++/VC++, FORTRAN; Analytical Programming Systems: REDUCE (LISP-based), FORM (C-based), SCHOONSCHIP; System Environments: DOS, Windows 95/98/NT, UNIX, VMS. Publications include 44 research articles in the national and international scientific press. These publications are cited more than 900 times in the worldwide scientific literature since approximately 1992.

JD (Seton Hall), BS in Accounting (Seton Hall). Passed the CPA exam. Over 37 years business experience as an internal revenue agent, doing tax counseling for a CPA and performing global custody services.

BS (Fordham). Over eleven years experience in the fixed income derivative market including overseas assignments in Tokyo and London. Expertise in operations, settlements, accounting, trade support, risk management and P&L analysis. Extensive derivative product knowledge and user knowledge of Summit and its functionality. Experience with multiple system conversions from in-house legacy platforms to Summit.

MBA (Stern). Fifteen years industry experience including five as a programmer. Has worked with fixed income and equity derivative products for seven years, monitoring and analyzing risk exposures for dollar swaps, caps/floors, digital options, triggers, CMT and CMS swaps. Has worked with the Summit system for seven years.

CFA, MBA (Clarkson). Over seventeen years industry experience including two at ANZ as an arbitrage trader and seven in fixed income and equity derivatives financial control and risk as a senior financial analyst.

BA (Waterloo). Ten years accounting experience including eight in derivatives with Confederation Treasury Services and TMG Financial Products. Assisted in the migration from legacy platforms to CATS. Tested and developed daily procedures for trade management functions. Administered daily valuations of portfolios. Converted various OTC products from legacy systems to Summit.
